Lake Pichola

Fateh Sagar Lake

Originally known as Sajjan Garh Palace, the Monsoon Palace is located at a distance of 5 km from Udaipur. It was once the favored destination of the royal family during the monsoon season. Kumbhalgarh Fort

Another attraction that one must not miss is the Kumbhalgarh Fort. Built by Rana Kumbha during the 15th century it is believed that the legendary Mewar warrior Maharana Pratap was born here. It is about two hours drive from Udaipur. One can also visit the famous Haldi Ghati where the great battle involving Maharana Pratap took place.

Saheliyon-Ki-Bari

Saheliyon ki Bari was built by Sangram singh II… known for its awe-inspiring beauty and surreal charm…The garden was built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his princess’ maidens who came as dowry in her marriage. The key attractions of the place include fountains, kisks,lotus pool and marbel elephants… There is a small museum displaying a collection of rich royal heritage supported by pictures and paintings…So, its a best place to take clicks at major tourist destination.

Vintage Car Museum

The Vintage & Classic Car is a landmark in the city of Udaipur cars showcased in the Collection belong to the House of Mewar and are still in perfect running condition. Housed within the former state garage are 22 splendid vehicles, including a seven-seat 1938 Cadillac complete with purdah system, the beautiful 1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom used in the Bond. Ahar

Ahar is a small town in Udaipur. situated about 3kms away from the city. Today it is renowned as archeological site that offers interesting facts to archaeologists and research scholars. Highligts of ahar is 372 cenotaphs of the maharanas and queens of Mewar. Above all, the museum portrays some of the best relics of ancient ages and definitely requires a visit.
